Dr. Alcarez and his staff, and the group over at Altus are fantastic! I have had several injections and each time I am treated with the most respect possible. I will always recommend Crenshaw IPS and Altus to anyone!
I want to change my 1st review from years ago. I recently had to have another surgical procedure to my back. I found out real quick that they changed owners of the surgery center. I was having my procedure on Tuesday, they called me on monday to let me know i would have to pay $2000. Out of my pocket with my insurance. I ask why? And was told since they changed owners things had changed. I really needed this procedure or I wouldn't have paid that out of pocket money. Things are certainly different now. Not the Doctor.
