Dr. Alcarez and his staff, and the group over at Altus are fantastic! I have had several injections and each time I am treated with the most respect possible. I will always recommend Crenshaw IPS and Altus to anyone!
I want to change my 1st review from years ago. I recently had to have another surgical procedure to my back. I found out real quick that they changed owners of the surgery center. I was having my procedure on Tuesday, they called me on monday to let me know i would have to pay $2000. Out of my pocket with my insurance. I ask why? And was told since they changed owners things had changed. I really needed this procedure or I wouldn't have paid that out of pocket money. Things are certainly different now. Not the Doctor. Kind and very helpful lady on the phone. They don't take my insurance but recommend other options and routes to finding a Dr in my Network. I plan on getting my Mother in there as the reviews are very impressive! God bless The Drs staff and patients!
