Ive been living at Crenshaw for the past yr and i have nothing but great things to say. The property is very clean, maintenance is fast, the property is very quiet, and the office staff is amazing. I definitely recommend Crenshaw Grand!
Where do I start, The staff is great from the property manager to the assistant manager to the lease agent. The entire staff was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my tour was wonderful and very attention to detail when it came to pricing, and availability that will work with my schedule. I can’t wait to call Cranshaw Grand my new home. 🥰
We just recently moved into Crenshaw Grand Apartments me from Burleson Texas and my Boyfriend from Lumberton Texas and we absolutely love it ! The leasing agents are fabulous Bridgett was ours and she’s amazing. The grounds are very clean and well kept the apartments are really nice and our neighbors are wonderful! We love the fact it’s a gated community and it’s so close to all the shopping and hospital and Dr offices. That is a huge plus for us . The valet trash is a biggggg plus too ! I love it here . I have been here for 2 yrs and I hate to leave, but I need more space. I would like to give a shout out to Brigette and Jass. There the best. I would also like to send a shout out to the maintenance team. Nothing never goes undone. Thanks for everything Crenshaw!!!!
This is a great community. I lived there for 2 years and had next to nothing to complain about. Very safe, quiet and well mannered neighbors. The office staff was usually helpful too specially Franco. Only moved out due to relocation.
