I am so very disappointed in Crenos Reynoldsburg. We have ordered from them several times and have always gotten good delivery service. On our resent order we were told the subs would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. An hour later I called to check on the order and they told me it was out for delivery. Another 30 minutes went by and still NO FOOD. We live 7 minutes away. Finally after 1:45 minutes the manager called and told me the driver couldn’t find the house. Store was clean and orderly. Staff was engaged and efficient, and customer care was on point & courteous. Thank you for a great experience and pizza, from an old favorite😋
I was innocently standing in front of this place waiting to meet a guy from Facebook marketplace to buy a car I wasn't bothering anyone and they called the cops on me it was embarrassing the cops said I didn't do anything wrong although the delivery driver girl was very nice and brought me out a drink and apologize for her co-workers behavior moral of the story don't judge people just because of how they look
This was the first time trying Creno's. I ordered take out. Nice place, clean, friendly staff. The pizza was good. The dough was a little soft for my taste. I like a crunchy dough. Overall pleased. I'll go back and give it another go.
