Absolutely love this place and the staff! It’s always clean, top notch machines and generally pretty quiet so you don’t have to fight for machines or weights. The coffee and protein shakes are excellent (and free 🤩). The best part of this place though is definitely the people. Anthony is a fantastic trainer, manager and person, James is so friendly and makes a great coffee, but my personal fave is definitely Ciara - she is such an amazing trainer, front of house and all around legend. Visited this gem of a gym for Circuit Session through ClassPass. Unfortunately, my trainer was unwell and class had to be cancelled. Fortunately, the lovely Lauren was on hand to put me through my paces in a pinch! It was great to get that one on one workout as I was quite nervous coming back into strength and cardio fitness but Lauren made the experience tough but enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym! Won’t lie Parking is a bit of a nightmare atm but it’s an easy enough walk from the tram stop or Richmond station!
