I went into the dentist because they are in network provider I told them I was there to have all my teeth removed so that I could get dentures, after going over the out of pocket costs for services I informed them that I was satisfied with the price and would like to have all remaining teeth removed and could pay in full, The dentist refused to perform the services. I don't recommend going to any medical provider refuses to do their job based off of their personal opinion

After a very unpleasant experience with another dental practice where I’d been told I needed extensive expensive dental work, I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion with Dr. Cremeans. He sat down with me and reviewed my dental records and xrays. He was very compassionate and understanding of my fear. It turns out, I didn’t need any of that dental work. That was 3 years ago. I redid this review with better efforts. They have had four hygienist since we have been there. That should be a red flag for some issues they have. The newest one is unsatisfactory. Long waits, very uncomfortable experience in chair during her work, and the conversations can be challenging to say the least. Her cancellation of my son’s dental cleaning at the last minute negating any opportunity to have it scheduled for the calendar year really ticked me off. I absolutely love this dentist. The staff are always so friendly, and Dr. Cremean is just amazing. It's like visiting family.
