recently went here for a brazilian wax, the lady who did my wax was Kennedi. She did a terrible job I still have small hairs and during the wax it felt as if she was ripping my skin off!! she barely talked the entire process and had no personality whatsoever.
My first time here and my service provider was kennedi. She was so sweet and professional! I rebooked!
I love coming here. Shay never disappoints. Seevice is always fast with great results. She's always personable and easy to talk too. I sometimes forget all about the pain because she keeps me laughing. If you decide to book, please book with her!
I use to love coming to this place but it’s been a while and I think my girl Bree quit.. I’m not sure. But I got a new lady went I was there and I usually don’t give bad reviews but yall need to retrain her or something. I have the absolutely worst hair bumps I’ve gotta in a long time. I know how to take care of a wax - I exfoliate with salicylic acid and use tend skin & the fur ingrown hair oil. She just did a terrible job. She kept pulling strips in the same areas over and over because she couldn’t catch the hair the first... read more
