I had an incredible customer service experience with this company. FedEx marked my package as delivered, but I never received it and there was no photo proof of where it had been left. As soon as I reached out, they responded immediately, reassured me they would take care of everything, and sent out a replacement set of placemats right away. Didn’t feel very welcome in the store. The large store was pretty much empty except for my group of 3 and another group of 2. Employees didn’t greet us nor did they ever come to ask if we needed any help. We must have not looked like we had money to them. Fortunately there were other stores nearby like Brick and Mortar Mercantile and Oddbelle with good customer service that got our business.
Prices are from the fairy tale world. Staff was friendly.
