I went with a friend of mine to the Westfall location to make arrangements for her loved one’s cremation. I wish I had read these reviews before recommending them. I had previously had a positive experience there a couple of years ago. Now they haven’t done their job almost two weeks later and won’t return phone calls messages. The cost was more than listed on the website, and we were given incorrect information regarding probate matters. Beware.

During this troubling time I had the opportunity to meet Elicia Hughes and she is the very best person I could have ever hoped for. Empathy, sympathy and compassion is how I was treated. She is doing God’s work and she shall continue doing so. I’m grateful for her support and compassion during this difficult time.

Tracy and Chuck were very delicate and transporting my aunt from her bed into their vehicle and showed great compassion I recommend this service to anybody that needs it

I cannot say enough about this business and Ian Nelms professionalism and compassion. He is the CEO and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process, and that he genuinely cared about my situation. These days, it is hard to find that kind of incredible customer care, everyone who works there has the kindest hearts. Their prices are the lowest and their quality the highest in every regard.
