Horrible service. Love one passed away 4 1/2 days ago. Still have not released body for cremation. Waiting all day for return phone call until 4:55PM and then told can’t do anything because close at 5:00 PM. Prepaid policy I guess means no incentive to provide services. Thank goodness we are not having memorial service right away or we would not have remains.

Cremation Society of Illinois I highly recommend Cremation Society of Illinois my parents had already pre arranged with them so we didn’t have to guess what my father wanted which was wonderful, prices and services were clearly explained and phone calls were returned quickly by our funeral director Don.

We had a nice experience with Cremation Society of Illinois this was the third funeral I have arranged so I was coming in more as an expert I understood what all the forms were and I had an idea of what the costs were going to be but what was really great was the service even though they have so many locations in Chicago it still seemed like a small company with attention to details, they even helped arrange the venue for the celebration of life service for us I recommend them to anyone looking for funeral and cremation serv... read more
