Everyone at the Cremation Society of Illinois is absolutely amazing!!! We had a wonderful experience from pre-planning with my mother, to Hospice making the call that she had passed and would need to be picked up. We then had help walking through every step. My mom had been gone for two months and they reached out to check on me and my husband to make sure we were OK and to see if there was anything they could do to help us in any way. Mom had set up her cremation years before she passed and it was such a blessing that she did. Every person I spoke to was so kind and supportive. Eric and Elizabeth were exceptional. Even checking on me weeks after mom died. I highly recommend Cremation Society.
They were very easy to deal with, and were not pushy about extras. And the price was easy on my budget. I will recommend them to everyone.
Everyone was helpful, kind, patient and proactive in making sure we understood the necessary information and immediately answered any questions. They made a difficult time easier to bear.
