My husband died a month ago after a brief illness that left me & his daughters in shock. Even though our family had prepared The cremation process several years before it was necessary, when my husband died it was still very difficult for us. Everyone at the Cremation Society of Illinois is absolutely amazing!!! We had a wonderful experience from pre-planning with my mother, to Hospice making the call that she had passed and would need to be picked up. We then had help walking through every step. My mom had been gone for two months and they reached out to check on me and my husband to make sure we were OK and to see if there was anything they could do to help us in any way.
