I want to thank Jenaca Volt for her handling of my brother. I live out of state and Jenaca handled everything with complete professionalism, caring, and understanding of our circumstances. I had to do all this over the phone from California. I couldn’t even imagine everything involved but rest assured Jenaca was there every step of the way for me and my family. Thank you Cremation Society of Idaho, especially Jenaca Volt. We appreciated all you did.

Everyone at Cremation Society of ID was excellent to work with, especially during a very difficult and emotional time. Their patience, caring, comfort, and the time taken to answer all our questions with clear explanations and empathy was amazing.

I cannot express how grateful I am that we went through Cremation Society of Idaho for my mom’s affairs. Melanie (I believe I spoke with her- can’t quite remember lol) - was incredibly informative, compassionate, and genuine. I’ve never had to go through the process of ensuring my loved one is well taken care of once they leave this life. Cremation Society of Idaho made this a much less nerve wracking experience. I appreciate yall, and I’m sure my mom does to (‘’: 🪽

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this organization is, especially in a rough personal time if you need their services in the first place. Melanie was so wonderful and caring, she responded to us quickly any time we had a question and walked us through every detail, she was absolutely amazing! We can't recommend them enough.
