Great customer service. Very organized, professional, helpful and understanding. Melanie was extremely supportive during the process and showed a great amount of compassion and sympathy.
Jenaca Voth was very helpful in directing me through the process. I had used Cremation Society of Idaho over 25 years ago and then again recently with the passing of my other parent.
Our experience was good until we picked up my dad’s ashes, that is when things went sideways. FYI, a standard urn is a cardboard box, and it’s tacky asking for a google review while I’m holding my father’s remains. Now, 3 months later, so much better time to ask for a review. Jenaca was amazing! She helped me throughout and was my main contact, it was the front desk person who asked for the review.
