They won’t let you keep any artificial joints if you request it. Per their policy. And won’t inform you until you signed a contract. Grief stricken families beware. Update: we went in and they offered to let me move him somewhere else. We opted to keep him there because I wanted it over with. Had they returned my message or call before my dad passed (he went to active death quickly) I could have avoided this. I believe in transparency so I wanted to update my review to reflect this. Sadly we had to deal with the passing of my wife's father over a year ago, but our experience with Cremation Society of Idaho was made light-years better thanks to Melanie Grimmius. With her help, we made it through this difficult process. We truly wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I would highly recommend seeking her our personally due to this experience. Thank you Melanie, we appreciate everything you did for my wife and our family!

Staff at Cremation Society of Idaho are very kind and considerate. Jenaca is the best and was patient and helpful when it came to explaining the process and paperwork for my mother's cremation. I definitely recommend using Cremation Society of Idaho's services when it comes to needing a cremation service for a loved one.
