We are so grateful to Cremation Services of Atlanta, for the care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. Losing my mother was incredibly hard, but Mike went above and beyond to help us through the process. He patiently answered all of our questions, even outside of business hours, and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. Mr. Boston and his team went above and beyond for my family in a real time of need. Mike took his time with me on the phone as he walked me through the paperwork to make sure it was right and Cremation services of Atlanta was the most affordable in the area A+ Thank you guys
Only really could talk to one person and that was a guy named mike, he was very rude.. you would think that for somebody who has lost a parent or family member they would be more compassionate and understanding when people call them and ask questions, and the bad part is instead of being understanding they want to hang up on you not once but twice..I definitely will not be recommending this company to anybody at all.
Most crooked director, no courtesy or empathy. We paid $1665 on June, 28th 2025. But family changed their minds not to cremate. And this facility run by a Mr. AJ cannot refund the money. We have incurred storage charges waiting to get the refund. The man is rude. He has an excuse each time we call him.
I can’t say enough good things about Cremation Services of Atlanta. During one of the hardest times in my life—the loss of my mother—Mike was an absolute blessing. He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly informative every step of the way. They took care of everything with professionalism and respect—from picking up my mom, handling all the necessary arrangements, to transferring her ashes into the urn we had selected.
