The service and quality of the coffee and drinks has definitely declined. My mum had to ask for her chai latte to be remade and my matcha was just ok. Not up to their reputation nor their high prices. Bummer. What a fabulous location and great place to meet.
Best coffee in West Vancouver, great pastries and good selection of other foods. Almost always buzzing with locals. Free wifi. Update as of September 16,.2026 Trying to support local business, however, that is becoming more difficult at Crema . Not sure what’s going on with ownership/ management, but the poor kids working there are stretched to the limit every time I go there and service has gone downhill significantly over the years. Too bad to see.
This is our place to go every time we visit Vancouver, it is located right by the beach, the service is great, the coffee is perfect with a lot of choices from the menu.
One of my absolute favorite cafés! I always come back for the delicious coconut coffee cake and the always-fresh almond croissants 🥐
