I visited a jiu jitsu open mat at Creighton. The coaches and students were very nice and welcoming! They were good training partners with all skill/belt levels. They have a good mix of competitions and hobbyists so while it’s a skilled mat, it’s not intimidating to join! Thank you Creighton for a great open mat! This was a nogi class but they also train gi and MMA. They have clean bathrooms, locker rooms, a shower, and a water fountain.
I moved up to Gwinnett from the southside for work and had to find a new home gym. I'm so glad that I had friends refer me to Creighton! The instruction is top notch and they have created a really wonderful culture. It is warm and welcoming while still being a place where you can come in to get super tough rounds. A great environment for both hobbyists and regular competitors. Excellent kids program as well. Couldn't recommend enough!
I’ve been training here for six months and absolutely love it. I was a bit hesitant to start MMA at first, but the environment is so welcoming and I've never felt unsafe. The training partners are great, and the coaches are elite—they really go out of their way to look out for each student's progress. I’m learning so much every time I step on the mat. Highly recommend this gym!
Creighton MMA Academy is the first fighting gym I’ve ever been to. I was very nervous about looking stupid or not fitting in, but the staff and trainers here really made me feel welcome. I’ve already learned so much in my first 7 classes here and the trainers are amazing at breaking down what seems complicated into something simple. Amazing Gym!
Super welcoming and friendly place to learn and grow in jiu jitsu. Im 15 and I go with my Dad to the evening classes. All the Adults in the class are super helpful and willing to let me work. I’m super grateful for a place like this to learn and grow jiu jitsu
