This place is amazing. Family friendly place. My boy friend has trained her for 16 years and loves it. I love their fitness classes. They are amazing with our kids also. Our whole family trains there. It’s our second home!!

Amazing training facility! Awsome staff from Anastasia at the front to the great trainers Tyler, Issac, Will and of course the owner Paul Creighton provide many years of knowledge and experience in MMA and Jujitsu! Really beneficial for the entire family and I recommend it to everyone.
Great gym, my kids and I attend. Coach Isaac and Coach T are great with the kids. Make every exercise and drill fun. Adults class is great as well, good instructors and plenty of skill levels to roll with.
I really enjoy working out here. I use the gym portion for fitness and the space is perfect. It's clean, well maintained and has a good mix of weights and cardio equipment. Everyone here is super friendly and the place just has a good vibe. I did try my first mma class this week and it was really fun. The instructor's are great. Each one of them gave me constructive feedback which greatly improved the technique I was performing. The sparring portion was very safe and controlled.
