Pathetic, did not deliver as contracted, did not fulfill work and equipment as discussed and did not listen to customer. Former IBEW career level electrician and Senior Engineering Manager. Will not return phone calls. Talk to receptionist and manager Rick. No response. What happened to this family companies Integrity?

Had a concern about our Generac unit. Emailed Creighton on the Holiday. A Tech was sent out first thing the next morning to check out the unit. No problem but peace of mind was worth it. Appreciate the immediate response. Techs are professional, fully explain what they did and how the issue was resolved. Great Service. Highly recommend them for generators and electric work.
They have sent Caleb out to my house twice now, and as a fellow trade worker I really appreciate the high quality work that he gives! I'm very picky about who works at my house so you better believe this is who I'll be calling everytime!
