I used Creighton Awning about 12 years ago and they did an outstanding job and the awning looked great and lasted 12 years. Fast forward, I called Creighton to replace the original awning and the sales person came to my house measured and sent me a quote. I was told the job would take about 8 weeks. They took my money (half up front) and 8 weeks went by so I emailed the sales guy. No responses… emailed again, he emailed me and said he would check with the factory and get back to me.
