The company ads look great, but interactions with salesman Steve were some of the most unpleasant in my lifetime of doing business. If I could give minus stars, I would. For our appointment, Steve changed his schedule to arrive earlier than planned. The only problem is he failed to let me know. When I arrived at the agreed upon time, he started by belittled me for not seeing his last minute text and arriving earlier. Great company, great employees. Everyone we had contact with was extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you Steve and Cindy. Our contactor Jerry did a great job installing our indoor cable railings. He worked all day with out a break. Cleaned up after himself, was respectful of our home and stayed late until he was all done. We are very happy with our decision to go with Cregger Construction.
Creggar was great to work with. Quick to respond to my initial request, scheduling was easy… on the day of the estimate, Steve was caught up in some traffic but his communication with an ETA was excellent. On install day, Denis and his team did a great job… they were professional and respectful of our property. We are really happy with how this project has transformed our space!
We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the Creeger Constriction crew who installed our new deck railing. The install was not an easy straightforward process and the team encountered a number of challenges along the way. We appreciate the quality of the product and creativity of the install.
