Very happy with the way my deck and rails turned out ! Looks better than what I expected. Customer service from the entire team was great !
Choice of flooring limited to wood only. Despite amazing reviews didn't use them because the price was outrageously high. Appointment for estimate was set quickly and person arrived on time. Price was given same day by email.
If you can’t drive like a decent human, don’t advertise your business on your vehicle. I was intentionally cut off the evening of 5/14 as a pregnant mom with a toddler in the backseat out of unnecessary aggressive behavior.
The company ads look great, but interactions with salesman Steve were some of the most unpleasant in my lifetime of doing business. If I could give minus stars, I would. For our appointment, Steve changed his schedule to arrive earlier than planned. The only problem is he failed to let me know. When I arrived at the agreed upon time, he started by belittled me for not seeing his last minute text and arriving earlier.
