They delivered a scratched fridge about two months ago and haven't been responsive to our builder to replace. Also had a fan provided by the company that doesn't work and again the issue is outstanding two months later. They use subs for their install which do a good job but they don't seem to support the subs to do the job right the first time. Very disappointed as I believe the business is slipping as it falls under the leadership of the son vs. the original founder.

If you’re a trucker pulling 53’ and delivering to this location take my advice You’ve got 3 options: First: get there at night after they close and take the dock Nobody is ganna be in your way am talking about customers cars in the parking lot. Second: get there super early make your set up across the street and back in ( it’s a busy street specially in the morning) Third: you can get from the back there is an ally where you can snag that has a sign (one way don’t enter) but I used it for my own good cause I got there late. ... read more
