Reception staff always helpful and polite. Nurses are all lovely, very helpful, professional and efficient. Most of the GPs are professional, kind and understanding.

Every time it is booked through the system, the GP directs the user to see paramedical staff instead of a doctor.

Access to GP appointments is rationed by a rigid 8 a.m. booking window. If you’re on the school run, commuting or working, once 'daily appointment capacity is reached' you’re excluded. “Computer says no” takes priority over patient care, locking patients out rather than recording real demand and streamlining cases after. As some have already stated this surgery needs investigating . My experience resulted in the practice manager abusing me over the telephone and making slanderous remarks. Should be reported to the British Medical Council.

I have used the new system and it has worked every time. We no longer live in a world where a doctor came to your house after surgery hours. The receptionists are succinct and to the point and above all, helpful. In particular, the Scottish gentleman who is professional, polite, very helpful and very Scottish. Well done.
