I have used the new system and it has worked every time. We no longer live in a world where a doctor came to your house after surgery hours. The receptionists are succinct and to the point and above all, helpful. In particular, the Scottish gentleman who is professional, polite, very helpful and very Scottish. Well done.

I don’t usually leave feedback but for the horrible, rude, unprofessional receptionists at Creffield Medical Centre I will make an exception (especially one man there). Your new booking system is a joke too. I suggest management read the poor comments you’re constantly getting and take drastic action, other doctors surgery’s I’ve belonged to in the past perform much better than you! When you do get an appointment, I have no complaints, it’s just getting past the medically untrained gate keepers that is frustrating.

Hard to imagine how you could operate a less effective or patient friendly service.. it was difficult to get an appointment before the surgery moved to the new "online" request form to join what is in effect a lottery system to see if you can get an appointment.. you fill in a form and you may get an appointment you may not.. the form you submit has a review SLA of 2 working days. Well done Creffield for taking any last shreds of personal touch or person centric care out of your reputed "service offering"... what you provide... read more
