The new owners of Creekwood Estates and the new manager DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOME. There is a major sewer issue going on and they refused to fix it and continue to act oblivious
The new owners have jacked up the lot rents multiple times in less than a year. They won't take responsibility for trimming or removing trees in the common areas. Apparently it is no longer a 55+ community. It appears they're trying to get rid of senior citizens on fixed incomes, even tho most have lived there for years and keep their properties in good shape. Nothing but corporate greed.
