Cons: Feels more expensive than other apartments in the area but most utilties are included; my monthly bill is $1175 for rent, internet, water, trash, and pet rent, for a one-bedroom-studio without washer/dryer. There are weirdly not many outlets throughout the apartment, and baseboard heaters make two of those outlets unusable in the winter. Wilmington Pike can sometimes be very loud with cars and sirens. I had mold in my ac or bath tube, thay was never removed. my fridge didn't work from day one. The above neighbors kept me up all night all the time. Parklawn constantly taking all the parking spots yet if we park in their spots they lose their minds. I was told I got a newly re done apartment yet my neighbors apartment was much nicer. My pipes under the sink were held together by duct tape. They will bleed you dry i spent 2 whole days cleaning the place before I left yet they still charged me out the butt for cleaning. Worst apartment company in Ohio if I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! literally over charge you for everything while the apartment have mice DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! I repeat do not move in
Before I begin, most of the reviews that you see on this place are forged because the management team sent messages to people incentivizing good reviews on Google. I’ve been at this place a long time becomes I’m ignorant and too used to low expectations. But do not live here if you can find anything else. The management team will complain to you about managing multiple sites as if you forced them to work the job they have. For a first time living indenpendently other than college, I've enjoyed living here. I have lived here for at least a year. Good communication between the managers and I on different topics. Renters can safely pull into and out of the parking lots due to the traffic light! As a bonus, internet and cable are included in my rent!
