We took our puppy here for the first time. We are so happy we switched Vets. Everyone was so kind and patient. The Vet was very thorough and we walked out feeling confident in the care that our pup received.
Very lovely, staff was very courteous and quick and nice! Clean environment. Seems to have separate rooms for cats and dogs, which made me happy as a cat owner.
Yesterday our female cattle dog went into labor. After a few hours we knew something wasn't right. We called the emergency vets, our vet, pretty much everyone we could think of and all turned us down… they were too busy, it wasn't one of their clients. We had talked to at least 10 area vets and finally got the number for Creekview. We called and they said bring her right in. They were wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring. Everyone at Creekview were so unbelievably kind and patient with my reactive German Shepherd. If you own a reactive dog, you know how stressful and a little embarrassing it can be. They never made me feel bad or uncomfortable. We unexpectedly lost our girl on 8/21 and Dr. Trojanowski, Raven, and everyone else we encountered on that day were so kind and made us feel supported during an awful time. We will definitely return back once it's time for a new pup!
I truly appreciated how timely, kind and respectful, and accommodating to last minute/emergency needs the receptionists, assistants, and vets are! I'm thankful for my concerns being listened to and addressed! & being able to get my kitten in quickly during a health scare :)
