I am a very forgiving reviewer. However the lack of customer service and support at this vet has really been disappointing. They have a “policy” that they won’t talk to pharmacies, so even though I mailed in my dog’s prescription, they refused to call after I was notified by the pharmacy that it was lost. This is 1000% a clinic choice and not a state regulation. Also, our dog is a service dog and the vet tech and the vet were very judgmental when my husband, a veteran, had her first appointment because she had an e-collar. T... read more
This practice will be one I definitely recommend to others. In a time of grief and hardship with our cat, the staff was very kind. They provided treats for our cat, water and tissues for us and free paw impressions and prints. Wonderful people.

Thank you to Dr. K and the entire team for giving me the health certificate so that I could fly with my fur baby! With so much misinformation out there and lot of other vet clinics scaring me that a health certificate takes forever, your clinic knew what was right and what was required. The process was quick and easy, done the same day, the certificate worked for the air travel and we had no issues at all. Thank you for taking care of this major thing for us and making the entire process less stressful!
