They got rid of the felons and druggies here. It's under new mgt. But the foundation needs replacement, and there's always bugs. 3 bd is around $500. They allow pets (1 per tenant) by Dr note only. There are 5 washers and 5 dryers. 50 cents to wash a full load and $1.00 to dry. There is a small park are behind B apts, but not much for kids to play on. It's not the greatest, and some people call it the slums. :/
