I had my first appt at Creekview Family dentistry today. I had a great experience and have my second appointment scheduled already.
Teeth whitening gel I was given was ineffective!
I thought the dentist and receptionist was great but the dental assistant did a horrible job on X-rays. I never had issues in the past but this person was either not qualified or poorly trained. Placements hurt and took a long time. Moreover the clinic was dusty and there were random items like old computers in the corner. Just not a great clinic atmosphere. Also a guy kept repeatedly calling me to book another appointment. So strange and unprofessional. Feel bad for the dentist because she genuinely was wonderful.
