Wonderful program and counselors. My granddaughter entered the Creek View program as the continuing care following residential and partial hospitalization program. 4 months of continued treatment has given her a good foundation for continuing sobriety. I am grateful for Chad Warner and his co-workers for their help.

I was forced into recovery behind my own bad choices but forced none the less....but these councilors and founder here at creekview are all so amazing and have stories of their own and so they never look down on us but rather sit across from us with open arms and understanding!! They know what they are doing, and they are in recovery too... It's the best iop I have ever been a part of.
