Creekview Builders built our dream home 2 years ago and we are very happy with the quality of workmanship. Any problems we had are moving in they always took care immediately!! They always stand behind the 1 year warranty.
This builder does not honor their one year warranty! Do not build with them! Foundation leaks in basement and they will not return all of my messages! And cardboard trim! Yikes!

They DO NOT STAND by their one year warranty on new builds. Please read my YELP review to hear about our problems with them and the photos to go along with it. Safe yourself the hassle at the end and look elsewhere to start.
