I just want to say the maintenance guy Luis is absolutely amazing. He is so helpful and kind he gets things done and he does it the right way great asset to this Property! Very nice place to stay secure, great area!
A tidy, well-maintained apartment complex occupied by a wide range of kind people. The view of Duck Creek and the easy access it has to the trail are great perks.
*UPDATE after living here almost 2 years...this is still a great apartment overall! But I am a bit disappointed with the construction situation. Like I said in my original review, I was one of the very first tenants. When I moved in, the layout plan provided was for 3 buildings; I believe the 2nd was almost finished & the 3rd not yet started. So, I figured a few more months of construction is fine. But now 2 more buildings are in-progress which is not a huge deal...but feels very deceitful??? Just frustrating to live in a co... read more
