Easy move in process. Apartments are beautiful. Appliances are modern and new. Love the renovations and how clean the owner keeps it, but My gf was asked by the owner “how long she would be parked there” at the spots upfront by the garages. They are not labeled and anyone parks there at night , no problem. There should be no parking signs if residents are not supposed to park there. Owner is nice tho and always has a smile on his face.

Great new apartment. I lived in a studio and the 9 foot ceilings made it look so much bigger, new kitchen appliances, cute patio. They were doing construction the whole time I’ve lived here which was a little annoying. There’s a walking trail right behind apartment and in a great area!

Gorgeous new apartments with a great walkway right to Devil's Glen Park under the bridge. The 3 bed, 2 bath unit was our unit of preference and we saw it and loved it. There are even private garages that lead to the building interior to stay out of the weather. We did not end up moving due to timing of the completion of the project but will be looking here in the future for a ground floor unit.
