Nice community BUT horrible Dr. Horton customer service. Carlos Martinez was orginally assigned as the builder rep (area supervisor) for our home when we moved in. He said he would be our direct contact for 4 months, but over the last 4-6 weeks he has lacked follow-up and follow through. He Told us he was just assigned to another community, but there was a list of items he was supposed to close out for us. Now, we feel like an after thought. This is very concerning.
