Awesome service! I have had a wonderful experience with Creekside Vision so far. I have had things address with my vision that were never brought to my attention before.
Dr. Winsor and Dr. Norris have always taken such great care of me. From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and the Doctors take the time to really listen to your concerns. I can’t recommend them enough.
Rude staff. Didn’t acknowledge me when I came in with their lunch order and didn’t tip for a 30 minute drive one way. I would never support a business that doesn’t respect people doing a service for them. Edited to add: they have messaged me trying to bribe me to remove my review. One thing if you follow through and correct your problem but to just try and bribe someone who left a bad review and to not follow through gives such a bad look for a business in so many ways. The ladies in optical allowed me to get a pair of custom lenses for my glasses and they came in fairly quickly and were a very nice to me about the entire process! I enjoyed everyone in the office the day of my visit and appreciated everyone’s help!
