The community is quiet and the walls thicker than where I used to live.
Price is cheap because it's super out of date. During winter you hear stuff moving around in the walls, everything is half a$$ fixed.

I've been gone for 2 years and they tried to play me and take me to court for eviction because my ex wife stayed and didnt pay. Also tried to put me included in the eviction knowing I wasn't living there and then added 8700 to my credit even after the courts ruled me not financially responsible because my name wasnt on the lease. Shady people for sure.
