I think a big part of how a person is going to feel about living here has to do with nearby neighbors because of the lack of rule enforcement. Essentially if the people living near you adhere to community standards then you’re going to probably be happy, but if they don’t think the rules apply to them and, for example, allow shrubbery from their lot to encroach upon yours without ever doing anything about it or have 4 or 5 dogs that spend a good deal of time outdoors and bark a lot, you may be frustrated because management a... read more
Management needs to apply park rules consistently without any prejudice and bias. This is the #1 problem in this park.
They nickle and dime you to death with fees for water, trash and sewer although were on septic
