Just amazing, good steam room, spacious lobby and clean rooms
Amazing people.I had booked one of their king loft .Was so excited to visit this exquisite property but had to call off trip due to a road closure.The management was extremely accommodative with my last minute request for cancellation due to this unforeseen incident .Will definitely come back later for our next Banff visit
