Our check in and check out were nice and easy with no issues. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions that we had during our time. It was very quiet while we were there and did not hear any other noises while in our room. The fresh made cookies when we went upstairs were great.
Creekside Villa is BEAUTIFUL! I have never stayed in anywhere more welcoming and relaxed. Check in was super easy and staff were very friendly. The room was lovely, having two levels makes it feel really homely. Bed was great. In house coffee bar was a nice treat in the morning. Location very handy - easy walk down the road to Canmore or east access to the free 5C roam bus into town for other connecting buses into Banff etc.
