Staff is great and supportive
Expensive vet and didn't refund their recommended, expensive, cat food (after guaranteeing refund) after they examined my cat and she died within a few weeks. Instead they said "we'll give you a free office visit, instead." But my cat DIED! Did they think I was personally coming in for an exam? I left the bag of cat food at their office, expecting that they would send me a check after they came to their senses but to no avail. Creekside Veterinary Hospital is awesome! I brought my dog in for an emergeny appointment on a Sunday and he was seen immediately. Morgan took the time to hear all of the details of the problem he was having, and Dr. Thompson gave him a thorough exam. She explained the problem well and gave me great preventive advice for the future. They also do dental exams/cleanings for the most reasonable rate I have ever been given! We recently had a beloved dog pass away and they helped us through the process. Staff is very friendly and the cremation package is very tastefully put together! Handwritten cards, and thoughtful messages. Thank you creekside.
