My 3yr old shih Tzu ran into the tv cabinet going after his lamb chop toy & hit his eye, it immediately swelled up & started tearing. I had called another vet & practically begged to be seen but they couldn’t. It was just meant for me & my dog to go here, they had a cancellation & could see him. They were kind, caring, considerate of my dog, he has an ulcer on his eye, we were given meds in office & to take home & they have checked to see how he is doing today. Was very pleased. He is better today & we are thankful.
Dr. Radford and her team are truly incredible. If you want a vet who will truly care for your pups, this is it. Angie at the front and the rest of her team are superheroes. Out of all medical situations I have handled, this office gets your questions and concerns answered not only timely but thoroughly. The treatment given to my sweet pups are like none other. So glad I found this Vet! Dr. Radford helped my dog when other Vets couldn't. And the staffing is the best. They are so good to my dog! Angie that takes care of you when you walk in is the best!!!! She goes above and beyond helping you!!!
They really are the best! I’ve been to several clinic in town, and Creekside is hands down the best! The whole staff really cares for your pet and even you. You feel it as soon as you walk in the door!
