LOVE THIS PLACE. I have taken my dogs to another place in the area and did not have the same quality experience that I had here at Creekside. We found the veterinarian to be very helpful, courteous and respectful toward our dog and us as well. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful and they don't make you feel like an idiot. We will continue to bring our dogs/cats here for whatever their needs are while we are living in the area. I found Creekside Veterinary Clinic as a student at SIU-C. As a first time pet owner with a vet I trusted at home, I was very worried about finding a vet in Carbondale. I tried a couple different places and after being in Carbondale and talking to people, I found Creekside. I curse my luck at not finding them first because they are STUPENDOUS. This is a place of compassion and competence. The perfect balance. Each pet is treated with the utmost care, and thoroughness. I would never trust my pets to anyone else. The staff are all friendly, and have great animal sense. They go above and beyond to accommodate both pet and owner. The facility is always clean, and there is always a smile to be had. I would never take my animals anywhere else!! They are amazing and really understand that it is a major financial strain on some families when there is a pet emergency. I just can't say how much I appreciate all they have done for me and my family.

Creekside vets and staff are wonderful! I have taken all of my animals to them and have recommended everyone I know with pets to them. The staff at Creekside are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional and understand that not everyone has hundreds of dollars to spend on their pets. Their facilities are clean, and I feel very comfortable taking my pets to them.

The employees at Creekside all show the utmost professionalism and concern for the animals they treat. They show respect both for the animals and for their owners. The vets not only recommend the treatment best suited for each situation, but do it at the lowest possible cost to the customer. I highly recommend this facility.
