Just saw a video on Instagram about this place and had to come here to leave a review. What I saw was unbelievable — a dog owner showed proof of how badly his Doberman’s ears were done and how he had to fly to another state to fix it. Then someone from this same clinic went after his business with a fake 1-star review. Totally unprofessional.

I took my Doberman, Nala, to this clinic for an ear-cropping procedure. From the beginning, I trusted them and expected professional work. Unfortunately, the ears were not cut evenly, and the crop looked completely off. The clinic later refunded the procedure cost, but that refund didn’t come close to covering all the other expenses we had to pay because of their mistake. To make things even worse, one of the employe... read more

I took my Doberman puppy, Nala, for her ear cropping procedure and paid about $1,600 in total. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. The ears did not come out the same — one ear looks noticeably different from the other, and the cut doesn’t look professional. I expected a symmetrical, clean result for the price I paid, but the outcome does not reflect the quality I was promised.
