Highly recommend not doing business with Willow Bridge Property Management Company in any capacity. They are dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional with their business practices. They will take whatever means necessary to ensure they do not pay you owed monies when your lease terms ends. They will charge you for damages when you move out and claim they do not have an itemized list of said damages nor will they be able to explain what the damage cost is for. Brandie Johnson was truly a bright light during what can often be a stressful experience. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made the process smooth and enjoyable. She was always available to answer questions and provided valuable guidance every step of the way. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental home. Her dedication and commitment to her clients are exceptional. Love the community as well!
I confirmed at least 9 renters who have had their work request ignored while also having to maintain and mow the backyard or just let the grass grow above a foot tall. All nine pay additional charges to have the lawn serviced but the issue has been ignored for months. $50 a month from every renter pocketed while their problems are ignored. My partner and I are currently trying to apply and have plenty of questions. We were getting responses but now haven’t received any follow ups. Can someone please just reach out before we apply? It’s becoming a bit frustrating. I understand people may be busy but we have called, left voicemails, and have sent emails all for our questions to fall on deaf ears. Thanks in advance.
