I’ve tried calling the front office 25 times (not even kidding) and yet nobody wants to answer the phone seems like they don’t want nobody living in their community
Look elsewhere!!!!! This has to be the worst property management company we have ever lived under. 1- As soon as you sign the contract and move in. The property manager becomes rude and non productive. Limited responses in emails some taking weeks to reply. 2- Appliances in the home sub par.... even the technicians who come and look at them use phrases such as " this is as good as they get." 3- No regular property maintenance. Moved in on April 14, 2025 the oven was not working. Was told it’s a known issue that the ovens are tripping the breakers. Sent an email was told a work order was placed. Got an email yesterday stating that they would be out today to fix the oven. Got home and oven is still not working. This is a brand new home . So 17 days without a stove/oven……..Multiple renters have informed me of issues with plumbing/microwaves/stoves not working as well. This absolutely the worst place to live. Do NOT move here you’ll regret it. This place was an amazing place before they changed management companies. The only reason this place has any good reviews was when Savannah worked there then Jasper, which was the first few months when they were under the old management company. None of these women work there anymore. The new management company is awful and absolutely the worst costumer service.
