After completing the application and sending a deposit to hold, I received a message from Matt stating that "someone came in with a better all cash offer and beat you to it". This was 2 days after I submitted the deposit. I tried to reach out to the listed president of the company, but email was returned invalid and found his license was expired. These people are really sleezy the way they operate and began thinking that when Matt stated talking bad about his coworker Chris. Still waiting to see if they return my deposit.
