Meritage has been great to work with...They are attentive to all the details of sale and ownership.
They have some beautiful homes. I like their layouts far better than DR Horton and they appear to be better built. Marie gave me a tour of two homes and she was great!
The builder has little reagrd to address home owners concerns and complaints after closing. They do not act very quickly on "warranty" issues and then find reasons to state that the warranty has been voided by a homeowners action. Would not recommend Meritage Homes to any prospective buyer.
