I've been using Creakside coming up on 12 years and yes I've had a few things go wrong. But they've always fixed the issue fairly quickly. I don't have a vehicle to get around so I rely on the delivery service and I'm very happy with the delivery service. Calling to make sure your medication gets to you quickly because they're busy. I've spent time waiting on the phone for 50 minutes at least once but in a fairness expecting quick service on the phone during peak hours is going to happen.

My sister is currently battling a rare form of kidney cancer, and her doctor recently called in a prescription for a medication she urgently needs—one that her regular pharmacy doesn’t carry. Really horrible. They couldn’t find my insurance in their system, even though my insurance company and Medicare agent said I was fully covered. So they couldn’t give me my prescription. I asked CVS to fax a request for transfer. They did. Creekside said they never received it. CVS pharmacy said Creekside has a history of losing faxes and throwing them away. Avoid Creekside, but enjoy Santa Rosa Creek.
