Do not waste your money or time. I work in the leasing industry and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have perfect rental history and my credit is not great due to my ex. They asked for a deposit of $2700 because of my credit. Then told me my mom may not be able to bring the deposit down due to my credit. (She has an 800+ score mind you) I can literally get a rental house for less. And so can you! They tell you one thing to get you to lease and once you do, they say they didn’t say that.
New management is the worst.
Ever since new management took over, this place has become a nightmare. Communication is terrible and they have zero respect for people’s schedules or lives. Constant stress for no reason.
