I found Dr. Haddaw and all of the staff to be very polite and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
The front desk lady was so sweet and kind! She helped me a lot and shes honestly so beautiful too! The doctor i saw was also super nice and listened to me patiently i had such a great experience.
I had a great experience at the clinic both receptionists were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctor was amazing aswell very professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
I called ahead, and the front staff was very kind—they told me only three people were waiting for walk-ins, so I came right away. When I arrived, there were hardly any other patients around. I waited about 45 minutes before I was called in. The most frustrating part was sitting in the exam room for over an hour with no communication or update. When I was taken in, there were barely any patients in the rooms or waiting area, yet I just had to sit there without any idea of what was happening or how much longer it would take.
Doctor was amazing. Very attentive and great with children.
