This office is never on time will leave your visit in the middle of it and go to another patient even after being late to your appointment. Good luck if you even try an a zoom call. Was supposed to have one called after my scheduled appointment time and was told I needed to wait an additional 20+ minutes… after telling them I could my uncle passed this morning and wouldn’t be able to there was no compassion at all.
Dr. Ramprasad is an excellent doctor! She's been my PCP for years. She really listens and cares.
Me habían recomendado a la Dra Sharmila varias personas que la ven desde hace mucho tiempo no vivo en la zona, vine a su consulta y me pareció tan bien verme con ella, ya que he ido a otros Drs de cabecera y pocos exploran con ella. Me está tratando y de verdad me siento satisfecha, me refirió exámenes la cual me estoy realizando porque los otros profesionales ninguno me sugirió otros estudios para profundizar el porqué…y no puedo decir más que recomiendo el lugar. El personal fue amable y profesional conmigo.
This is probably the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. So first I get checked in and the receptionist gave me really snarky comments. I get called back and the nurse was so bad. She was mean, and disrespectful. She wouldn’t listen to me, and was yelling at me for coming in on a Friday for a check up. She was constantly yelling at me and there was nothing I could do. Was sent to specialists unnecessarily and was often asked if I wanted to be referred for treatment I didn’t need. Front staff is rude and racist and always ask if you could possibly have a lapse in insurance. I actually had one preventative appointment that had inconclusive results and could not get in touch with Sharmilla as she abandoned me after there were no more specialists to refer me to. Although everything worked out, I was treated horribly by her and the staff after trying to get my records sent to my new doctor
