Worst apartments ever!!! Apartmentratings.com has 23 out of 25 reviews that are not in praise of this complex. First let me preface this by saying, when I moved here they had no pamphlets with prices for their units... 8 months after I moved in, they got some... but the prices are written in by hand. The rent raises often (to stay at what they consider market price) I moved here in November 07' and was told my apartment was more expensive because of the location (near a creek).
