Horrible place, slumlord, burnt out or not, it's all bad.
If I could say zero I would. I will say at first I thought they were ok.Mike Chafe sold my special needs brothers guardian it was a great long term place that specializes in many of the problems my brother had. Fast fwd about 3 yrs he has lied,stolen, and not just built a relationship with my brother but drastically ended it when the family started to address his issues.
