Although there was a reservation, no one was available at check-in in the late afternoon, and the telephone numbers posted were also unavailable, so I was unable to stay overnight in the hotel despite having made a reservation.

We stayed here over the weekend (2 nights). Location was great. We arrived after hours for check-in. and there was no one in the lobby. I called the numbers posted on the door and reached someone who was able to give me the lockbox number for a key. Took around 10 min to get that sorted. There were 2 men there also waiting when I arrived and they told me they had been waiting for 40 min for their lockbox code. Room: Our room was a king bedroom facing the parking lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! This place is awful . After reading other reviews on Expedia I thought it was okay. Then I read these and was grossed out . Purchased the insurance and still couldn’t cancel because the hotel is awful . They are not responsive and the hotel is not maintained

Our rooms were super clean and smelled like bleach and mistolin. The management was super gracious with helping us with some arrangements for my father's memorial and I am thankful for them making it easy. They also facilitated a late check in
