Nous avons reçu un email à 17h pour nous informer de la fermeture du bureau et donner un code pour récupérer la clé dans une box. Arrivés à 18h05 pour fermeture bureau 18h normalement. Après plus de 2 heures d'attentes et d'appels téléphoniques car impossibilité de récupérer la clé, nous avons enfin pu accéder à notre chambre à 20h30. Le code envoyé était faux !!! Avoid this place at all cost we spent almost $1000 for three nights and we’re extremely disappointed in the conditions of the rest of the resort as well as the lack of upkeep and maintenance. The entire place looks like it hasn’t had any maintenance in decades the photos they post online are definitely AI generated. They look nothing like anything that is actually there. There are no real restaurants in the immediate vicinity avoid this place again couldn’t be more disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Creekside Inn. Checking in was easy. Office hours are limited, so make sure that you check in before they close which was 5 o’clock for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. This hotel uses keys and you get one per adult. Make sure if you have multiple door access, to your room, you DON’T LOCK YOURSELF OUT. Rooms were clean and comfortable; the mini fridge was larger in size and even had a freezer.
