RecommendedWe love this community, our 98 year old father lives here. He loves all of the staff here, as do we. They are all so very caring, and helpful. My sister and I have peace of mind, knowing he's with people that care for him. Yesterday's Father's Day brunch was amazing.

RecommendedMy Mom was a resident for a short time, she recently passed away or she would still be there. I found the staff to be warm and inviting, my Mom enjoyed all the activities and making new friends.
RecommendedI have worked in the senior care field for 4 years in Montana and have had the opportunity to visit every assisted living and memory care facility from Helena to Bozeman. I am continually impressed by the care provided by all levels of the staff from the administration to the caregiving team. When families find that home care is no longer an option, I would highly recommend Spring Creek Inn. I was so impressed with their care I joined their staff to become a member of their great care team.

Be careful about any “promises”. Get everything you need in writing. They will not honor verbal commitments. In my opinion, this community took a turn down when Director Stefanie took over for Director Cindy. Many recent staff changes, none for the better.
RecommendedThis facility provides compassionate and resident centered care. Each person who lives at Northbrook Inn is treated as an individual, not as a patient. The most surprising quality I have learned exists here is the caring community of family and staff. Families get to know their loved ones peers and are always happy to say hello to all residents. Being a part of this loving community has helped cope with the difficult reality of having a family member with a memory disorder.
