Excellent builder. I am very happy with my new home. Lessons learned: 1) purchase some ceiling fans in the upgrade package; 9 foot ceilings and heating ducts in the ceiling make the house slow to warm up 2) get the 3 car garage. My 2 car garage is smaller than normal at 19.5 feet wide. The usable depth is 17.5 feet since 3 feet are lost to the heater and a bollard to protect it.
