The team at Creekside is amazing. They are very courteous, friendly and professional. I learned so much more about hearing loss and also how it relates to other functions in our body. The testing is more comprehensive than my previous experiences. I really appreciate the ongoing testing, consultations and necessary adjustments. I have had my hearing aids for about 6 months with no issues. I would highly recommend Creekside to anyone.
I booked this appointment specifically asking to see an audiologist. When I arrived, I later found out I was seen by a Hearing Instrument Specialist, not an audiologist. I feel that should have been clearly communicated when I made the appointment. The visit lasted about two hours, but I didn’t feel the results were explained clearly.
