Staff were very pleasant, professional and thorough. Testing procedures and results were clearly explained and the technician made me feel welcome and calm. It was an enjoyable experience.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly professional people. They explained all aspects of the testing and were very thorough. The whole process was very pleasant. I had 20% hearing loss, and they fitted me with the right device to aid in my hearing. I would recommend Creekside Hearing to everyone. A great experience.
