I ordered for the 2023 growing season (I’m an experienced grower with over 12 years under my belt) and was underwhelmed with the packaging, performance, and quality of their dahlia stock. I always plant in groups from same grower in well amended and established beds. I’m a full time gardener and spend countless hours out there each day from spring to frost. Unfortunately all my plants from here had gall, now introduced into my flower gardens. Very unfortunate. Edited to add a photo of what the growth looked like. Other plants in my garden were plants I’ve saved from years prior, only the ones purchased from CS unfortunately had this growth. If it isn’t gall, I’d be curious to know what it is, but I’m almost certain it is leafy gall.
